Dr. Gailmard built one of the largest and most successful optometric practices in America after opening cold. He is CEO of Gailmard Eye Center, in partnerhsip with his wife, Susan Gailmard, O.D. GEC is a group practice in Munster, Indiana with five optometrists and 26 staff members operating within a 10,000 square foot professional building.
As an optometrist in active clinical practice, Dr. Gailmard currently puts his management principles to work in the real world.

Created Practice Management University for the AOA and served as Chairman for four years. This award-winning conference program presented hundreds of management seminars across the United States.
