Dr. Gailmard built one of the largest and most successful optometric practices in America after opening cold. He is CEO of Gailmard Eye Center, a five doctor group practice in Munster, Indiana.
As an optometrist in active clinical practice, Dr. Gailmard currently puts his management principles to work in the real world.
